Nigeria’s highest court, The Supreme Court today quashed the suit against President Goodluck Jonathan that sought to disqualify him from participating in next year’s presidential election, Vanguard reports.
The appeal was struck out by a five-man panel of Justices of the apex court presided over by the Chief Justice of Nigeria, CJN, Justice Mahmud Mohammed.
